Difficulties are here to be transient messengers, and not to block the achievement of your dreams. In this world of ours we experience contrast and face difficulties so that we can expand and better define what we would really like - but we are ultimately here to create our visions.
The purpose of our personal coaching and manifesting sessions, offered through our new organization - The Viva Institute - is to help individual clients or teams/organizations determine and achieve their personal visions and goals.
We do that through integral coaching, that is - we look at the person as a whole (body, mind, spirit, relationships, creativity, and intention), with the goal of fostering human development and inspiring the creative power of individuals and organizations.
This has far-reaching and long-lasting positive effects in a client's life or in the accomplishment of a team's goals.
- As your coach, we help you define what's really most important to you in your life, what you really want.
- Then we help you start the process of bringing your goals into creality by designing a plan to achieve them
- Through gentle co-active coaching techniques, we work with you to explore your beliefs and get rid of the obstacles that keep you from manifesting your goals
- We coach throughout the whole process - from beginning to end.
Let us be the true conscious creators of our life experiences, so we can create good in our lives instead of hardship.
PERSONAL COACHING

Individual sessions can be done personally or over the phone.
Fees:
Our initial session is : $80.00 for 60 minutes
Afterwards, we can set up the following:
$100/month - One 45 min. meeting/call per month, plus email support
$150/month - Two 30 minute calls per month, plus email support
$175/month – Two 45 minute meetings/calls per month, plus email support
$250/month – Three 45 minute meetings/calls per month, plus email support
$325/month – Four 45 minute meetings/calls per month, plus email support
Our initial agreement is for 2 months. Then we see where you would like to go from there.
